Reverend Hezekiah Lee, a young, and very naive southern preacher, who has been sheltered all of his life under the watchful eyes of his God-fearing mother, and has never been exposed to anything other than hard work and cornbread, comes up north to be the pastor of one of the biggest churches in the city.

Can he stand against a tidal wave of temptations and decisions he’s never had to make before, or will he find himself slipping, becoming what he despises most. It’s a roller coaster ride of excitement as you witness what goes on behind church doors.
